Commercial experience as a UX & UI designer, working on complex products
Understanding what DX means and what is the difference between UX and DX
Experienced in a full design cycle, from research (e.g., usability testing, requirements analysis) to the prototyping phase and collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios
Experienced in working closely with development teams
Experience with HTML & CSS at designer level
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
Strong time-management skills and the ability to follow the schedule
Ability to respond professionally and positively to constructive feedback
Must present a recent portfolio with CV
