On behalf of our Client, Scalors is looking for an IT-service Desk to join our client’s team in Bremen.

About client:

The client is the holding company of the GC-GROUP — Germany’s market-leading wholesaler for building services. To ensure that the approximately 150 medium-sized companies in Germany and 16 other countries function smoothly, we — as the headquarters and service provider — supply more than 20,000 employees with the necessary information, materials, and services. Regardless of our market position, we remain true to our foundation as a medium-sized, family-run company.

Responsibilities:

• Active communication with our customers’ contact persons as well as their support regarding technical and functional problems concerning our successful B2B webshop.
• Independent, structured acceptance of telephone and written concerns and inquiries in the IT system as well as their categorization, prioritization, and qualification with the goal of a high first solution rate.
• Error analysis and initiation of initial solutions as well as coordination and delegation of selected cases to downstream specialists and development areas.
• Co-design and support of quality assurance measures (including testing, documentation, training).
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of service processes in our cross-functional team.

Requirements:

• Completed IT-related training or a comparable qualification.
• High customer orientation, commercial thinking, and good communication skills.
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working in a team.
• First experience in 1st or 2nd level support, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken English.
