On behalf of our Client, Scalors is looking for Business Analyst to join our client’s team in München on a full-time basis (relocation support).

Area: Merchant Solutions
Our client is incorporates the most disruptive payment businesses, creating one of the world’s largest private fintech.

They operate in three business areas:
Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers
Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs
Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals

This role will be part of our Merchant Solutions team, responsible for building a global, open merchant payment platform to create opportunities for merchants and acquirers worldwide.

As Business Analyst, you will be collaborating with an agile project/development team
Act as a business module owner, assuming ownership of the team’s business scope and the related systems
Assess various solutions from a functional and technical perspective
Coordinate internal workflows regarding new product functionalities

Independently analyze business requirements with internal departments
Elaborate and prioritize user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for product functionalities based on epics
Lead requirements workshops and maintain a team’s backlog based on the product roadmap.
Creation and maintenance of several types of documentation (internal, technical, customer documentation)
Execution of business reviews and approvals for releases and general changes
Internal presentations / trainings / communication of the team modules and newly developed functionalities
Module responsibility for approval, development, and maintenance throughout life cycle

A degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration.
Very deep experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering or Technical Product Management
Product Owner certifications is a plus

Good knowledge of Financial Services and/or Electronic Payment systems
Strong knowledge and experience of software development cycle, processes, and tools
Technical experience with APIs such as REST, Web Services etc.
Fundamental SQL and database management knowledge.
Ability to read and analyse software logs.
