On behalf of our new Client, Scalors is looking for a Software Tester to join a client`s team for the fast-growing MedTech startup developing innovative technological solutions for critically ill patients.

About Project:

With over 50 employees located in spacious offices in the heart of Aachen, we offer a positive collaborative work environment in an interdisciplinary and international team with flat hierarchies and many attractive perks.

We developed ’Mona’ short for Medical On-Site Assistant, an intelligent assistance system for intensive care medicine that supports doctors and nurses directly at the patient’s bed. The device facilitates voice-controlled documentation, identifies relevant data, and thus contributes to the faster and better treatment of the critically ill.

The Opportunity:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer in the development team, you will play an essential role in product development and experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your focus will be on software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with DevOps Engineers / Product Managers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• You have a degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Git versioning system.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Strong organizational skills.
• English Level — Upper Intermediate;
• 3+ years of experience in testing.

Would be a plus:

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
