— Understanding of the business requirements, design documents for completeness and testability
— Creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data and test scripts for different types of testing activities
— Execution of test cases, test scripts, collecting test results, test metrics and reporting them
— Identifying and tracking of system defects, performing root cause analysis of the defects and working with the development team to resolve them
— Effective communication with international team members during the software development life cycle
