Swissmeda is the leading application for implantology among dentists in Europe and USA. It was founded in Zurich, Switzerland and is developed by the development team of ScaleTools UA.

We are looking for a passionate business analyst who can’t imagine his/her life without having clear requirement in any sphere.

Role responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Product Owner on the creation, detailed description and up-dating of user stories.
• Elicit and describe software requirements using interviews with internal and external stakeholders, requirements workshops, surveys workflow and existing documentation analysis.
• Process and maintain software requirements specifications to be used for documentation and the development process.
• Learn and analyze the product in all it’s complexity and suggest improvements based on this analysis. Improve product user experience, including user interface prototyping.
• Communicate with the development team, explain requirements, control the process of their accurate implementation and make corrections in the development process or documentation if necessary.
• Analyze data based on product performance monitoring.
• Build a knowledge base to provide functional and technical guidance for a project development team in future projects.
• Perform user acceptance testing: manage remote demo sessions with the clients and experts, collect and process their feedback.

Requirements:

• Advanced / Fluent English level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in creating good-structured documentation, diagrams and specifications.
• 6+ months of experience on a Business Analyst position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies with minimal oversight or supervision.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Proactive position, result-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in networking and managing relationships across the business and technical teams.
• Curiosity about people and data — you know how to ask questions to get to the root of the matter.
