The team currently consists of 15 people. Our goal is not to significantly grow the staff, but on the contrary, to build a small but effective team of excellent people.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales / Account Manager to help us sell Scaleo in US and EU markets (other regions are welcome too).
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS / Software sales;
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Excellent spoken and written English. At least an advanced (B2) level is a must;
- Understanding of sales funnels and inbound sales process;
- Sales CRM experience (Pipedrive or others);
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise;
- Communicative, responsible, persistent, and punctual.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Affiliate Marketing Industry;
- Basic technical skills (API, Webhooks, Developer console).

Work responsibilities
- Handling incoming leads through Pipedrive and making the first touch;
- Hosting Live demonstrations;
- Supporting new customers with implementation and setup;
- Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers;
- Identifying upsell opportunities and growing revenue from existing customers;
- Make sure every touch is logged in CRM.
