We are looking for a System Analyst to join a project for a telecom operator. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing system architectures, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and formalize requirements for functionality of systems in the BSS domain
• Analyze business needs of internal and external stakeholders and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and contribute to the logical and physical database architecture for BSS solutions
• Work extensively with databases:
o analyze existing data models
o participate in database schema design
o write and analyze SQL queries of various complexity levels (JOINs, aggregations, subqueries, analytical queries)
• Analyze integrations between BSS systems (Billing, CRM, DWH, etc.)
• Provide expert review and evaluation of project documentation (briefs, concepts, SRS, SoW)
• Align requirements between business, development, QA teams, and external stakeholders
• Model business processes and system behavior using UML / BPMN
• Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation (Confluence, diagrams, specifications)
Qualifications:
• Higher education (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics)
• Strong experience with databases and SQL:
o understanding of database design principles
o ability to write and optimize SQL queries
o experience analyzing data structures and relationships
• Experience working with systems in the BSS domain or other enterprise systems (Billing, CRM, DWH, ERP, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business System Analyst
• Understanding of REST architecture and DBMS fundamentals
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modeling tools (Enterprise Architect or equivalents)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, structure, and document requirements
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and technologies
• English proficiency sufficient for meetings and reading technical documentation
