System Analyst

We are looking for a candidate for the System Analyst position to join a local telecom operator project.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the solution architecture
- Expert evaluation of the customer’s project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
- Agreement of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process
- Design of technical solutions and managing their life cycle
- Modeling of business processes and developing a solution model
- Planning and organizing testing of solutions by the customer
- Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions
- Preparation of orders within the company for performing work on IT platforms
Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects for at least 3 years
- Experience in telecom with Billing, Online Charging, Order Management systems will be plus
- Understanding REST architecture, basics of DBMS
- Professional knowledge of UML notation
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence
- Basic skills in working with SQL queries
- Analytical thinking, ability to formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task
- English (experience in writing technical documentation)
