We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business/System Analyst

Join our Adtech product team to help ensure our email and performance marketing platform meets marketers’ nuanced needs. Your role will involve capturing, refining, and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, driving the success of our features.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners:
  
  • Gather, clarify, and refine user stories, high-level requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the technical team.
• Develop specifications and process flows:
  
  • Create detailed specifications, process flows, and system models tailored to assigned services.
  • Support the team in understanding functional requirements and technical implications.
• Facilitate communication:
  
  • Act as a bridge between product and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Maintain documentation:
  
  • Organize a service-specific knowledge base documenting requirements, features, and system specifications.
• Participate in post-release reviews:
  
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to capture insights and identify opportunities for improving requirements-gathering processes.

Requirements

• Education and Experience:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst with expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Technical Knowledge:
  
  • Adtech experience and understanding of email/performance marketing, including customer segmentation, email workflows, and campaign tracking (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and using modeling tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture principles.
• Work Environment:
  
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JetBrains or Atlassian.
• Skills:
  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive learner with a commitment to continuous professional development.
