We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the crypto, finance, or investing sectors, coupled with extensive experience in affiliate marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. This role is integral to driving growth through strategic testing of various marketing channels, managing outsourced teams, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Optimization: Test and optimize various traffic acquisition channels to drive growth and user acquisition.
• Team Management: Hire, manage, and evaluate outsourced teams, ensuring their effective performance. Make necessary replacements to maintain high standards.
• Strategic Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including A/B testing of different marketing channels to maximize ROI.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Oversee the overall performance of all company products, define key metrics, and identify what makes a product successful.
• Collaboration with CRO Manager: Assist the CRO manager in monitoring trigger indicators for design changes and A/B testing, ensuring product improvement.
• Affiliate Marketing Management: Lead affiliate marketing programs to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure user-friendly and effective product design that aligns with marketing goals.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics or similar tools to track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Design Collaboration: Collaborate in Figma to create and refine marketing assets and user interfaces, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
• Custom Dashboard Development: Develop custom dashboards to monitor and report on key performance indicators across all marketing efforts.
• Data Analysis: Apply advanced data analysis methods to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring continuous optimization.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the crypto, finance, or investing sectors.
• Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Strong background in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs.
• Testing Proficiency: Proficient in A/B and split testing methodologies with a focus on growth.
• UI/UX Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on marketing performance.
• Technical Skills:
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics or analogous tools for tracking and analyzing marketing performance.
• Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and asset creation.
• Experience in creating custom dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data analysis methods in marketing.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
