2+ years of proven experience as a technical writer in a software company
Excellent level of English (read, write)
Proven experience in document management and with building the infrastructure of document management
Ability to work under low supervision and to collect and compile needed information from multiple sources independently
Proven experience with various technical writer tools. Ability to work on multiple projects and set of documents in parallel

Knowledge in Sports and Sport Betting products is a plus
Experience with any Retail business and/or Self-service POS/terminals
Experience with online gaming
Familiarity with Web technologies, experience with HTML
Familiarity with graphic design
Other foreign languages (German, Spanish etc) is an advantage

Creation and ongoing maintenance of list of documents in different types and formats such as: user manuals, help files, release notes, product and technical specifications, architecture and technical diagrams
Support Product Managers in documenting Product requirements, backlogs, presentations and communicating it to the development teams as part of development process
Interact with developers, marketing, stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect relevant information
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
Create and maintain catalog of templates for each type of needed document
Refresh old documents and templates
Working on multiple Products within several different teams
Obtain deep understanding of SBTech products and the documentation requirements
