What skills you will use:
— 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master;
— Ability to work under pressure and with changing priorities in a dynamic environment;
— Experience in working with multiple teams;
— Experience in managing dependencies between several teams;

What you’ll do as a Senior Scrum Master:
— Setup, support, and continuously improve the Agile processes inside the unit
— Play a Scrum Master role for a couple of Scrum teams
— Monitor and report the Sprint progress via Jira/Confluence;
— Facilitate the interaction between business / technical stakeholders;
— Facilitate the existing Version Planning process for
— Highlight and raise the points for improvements to Delivery/R&D verticals and assist in changes;
— Identify, keep track and remove blockers and dependencies;
— Report and escalate to management as needed;
— Participate in the Change Management process;
— Keep up to date the existing Engineering & Delivery process description
