To support our rapid growth, we’re expanding our Finance Department and looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

📍 Location: On-site role in Prague, Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain and record financial data using QuickBooks.
• Prepare invoices and manage financial records.
• Assist with payroll calculations and process bank transfers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
• English — Intermediate+.
