SanityDesk is looking for a great Product Manager to become a core member of an empowered product team. If you prefer focus over priorities, solutions over features, outcomes over outputs, bottom-up initiative over crafted strategies and data over opinions you are the right match.


  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience in delivering products for US and EU markets
  • Experience in running prototyping sessions
  • Experience in running customer interviews
  • Awareness of the latest trends in UI/UX, product development
  • Comfortable with IT concepts like API, microservices, CI/CD
  • Proven quantitative, statistical and analytical, and technical skills with the ability to use insights to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills, experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in working with Agile (Scrum or Kanban)


  • Experience in running customer development program
  • Knowledge about Empowered Teams model


You will work in a flat, cross-functional team alongside designers, engineers and data scientists. You will have to organize the team for bottom-up innovation. You will have to make an equal voice environment, in which your team members’ input is equally important. You will coach and use frameworks, methodologies, tools for researching opportunities and testing assumptions.

We will rarely tell you and your team to implement anything. You will rather be given a business objective. You and your team will define what key results refer to the objective the best and continuously research the problem space to define possible solutions. You will work in a continuous loop of discovery. You will have to help your team break bigger, more disruptive ideas into smaller, quickly consumable steps.

Your team will work agile and you will be its core member and a pipe of information for anything-business for your team members. You will make sure your team is measuring everything that needs to be measured and nothing else, plus constantly improve the analytics for better data-driven decisions. You will be in touch with your team on a daily basis and work together for the common goal. You will also share the learnings your team has made with other product teams.

Your north star will be the customers. You will have to understand their problems, desires and pain points in order to reach the expected business outcomes. You will talk to them and analyze their behaviours from multiple dimensions and generate story maps, interview snapshots and OSTs.

You must be able to generate low-fidelity prototypes to communicate your ideas in a visual way and have an experimental mindset.

As we believe in leaders generating leaders you will support Junior Product Managers to help them grow and take part of the product responsibility on their own.

Your growing knowledge about the problem space through continuous discovery will be a contribution to modifications of a high-level product strategy.
