You, alongside your team, will take care of hundreds of SanityDesk customers every week to ensure they get the services they need to be successful using our product, with a specialization in topics like customer onboarding, support requests, account changes, refunds, or pricing questions.

***Why this role is important
We are trying to build an exceptional team of smart, open-minded people united around similar values and beliefs that every SoloPreneur in the world should have access to digital solutions allowing them to compete with the biggest players online. We officially launched in February 2020 and made it through the pandemic — strong. We’ve been developing the product, secured smart money from investors in the USA, and grew the team from 7 to 20 people. Now we are taking the next step with plans to steadily expand and you will play an important role in this process. And it’s not just words — your contribution will really make a difference and that’s why we offer shares in the business for joining us early on and helping us to succeed.

***Team Currently
3 members — till the end of the year most likely 6–10. The team is still small but is growing as we have very effective marketing strategies. So you will be expected to stay proactive and act independently. Your contribution will have a direct influence on which direction we follow as a Sales department. You will regularly synchronize with your team tackling some of the most exciting challenges! We can’t wait to talk to you!

2. English level: Upper—Intermediate or higher (B2+)
3. Positive attitude: you are energetic and people enjoy communication with you

7. Tech savvy: ability and willingness to learn different types of customer support-related software (e.g. CRM systems, Zoom)

>> YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES <<
SanityDesk is a small, wisely-growing, human-centric startup, so you’ll likely get experience on quite a few different projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you’ll probably do:

1. Handling phone calls and managing voicemails
2. Handling live chats
3. Handling incoming email requests
4. Generating potential Leads. Initiating proactive chats and welcoming site guests and visitors
5. Dealing with Pre-sales questions about our products and services.
6. Handling Leads who have expressed interest in our product but have not bought yet and giving them full support through the initial stages of our Sales Funnel.
7. Soliciting potential Clients. Assisting with product choice and specifications.
8. Facilitating sales process. Connecting Clients with the right Sales agent.
9. Doing Welcome Calls (granting access to deliverables and drawing up a Journey plan for a Client)
10. Doing Engaging and Coaching Calls (assisting in taking quizzes, doing homeworks and watching masterclasses, answering various questions and providing guidelines).
11. Nurturing Clients. Actively giving response back, nurturing and leading Clients who bought our tripwire product.
12. Working in close cooperation with the Sales Team (reaching out the Clients, re-engaging the old Leads, booking Calls, re-scheduling Calls, generating payment links and promo codes etc.)
13. Managing Payment issues faced by Clients
14. Providing Customer Support. Coping with Customer support-related questions such as providing access links and instructions, granting access to special features and options of the purchased products or services.
15. Developing FAQ, Knowledge Base and Help Center (Passive Support) for our Clients where all the most popular questions and answers will be highlighted.
16. Managing Facebook Community, attracting new Customers and retaining loyal ones.
