What do we expect:

— At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product design;
— Ability to autonomously plan and run design activities on the project;
— Experience in UI/UX conceptualization from scratch;
— Proven track record of full scale redesign campaigns for established SaaS, fintech or Web3 products;
— Experience in daily communication and workshops with clients and stakeholders;
— Advanced understanding and experience in building and supporting the design systems;
— Experience in prototyping and interaction design;
— Solid product design portfolio that showcases your skills;
— English — Upper Intermediate and higher;
— Permanent curiosity and a strong will to grow. The main thing.

— Hands-on experience in prop-tech, fintech or SaaS domains would be a plus;
— Interest in joining the pre-sale sessions;
— Ambitions in growing to the Lead Designer position in mid-term prospective;

As a product designer at Metacarbon you will:

— Build interfaces and experiences for products in SaaS, Fintech, Proptech, Consumer Apps and E-commerce Domains.
— Become a product designer that drives his/her own design decisions and care about how they perform;
— Take part in mutual design reviews for your design team peers;
— Build scalable and sustainable design systems;
— Join and then lead the discovery sessions back to back with our Head of Strategy;
— Work and iterate a lot together with our Head of Design;
— Communicate directly with mature product experts and world class C-level people on the client side;
— Design prototypes, take an active part in conducting the user testing and interviews;
— Rapidly grow and boost your product design skills;
— Go through the onboarding bootcamp with a lot of hands-on materials that will take you into our best practices on design systems, discovery frameworks and UX patterns.
