We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused CBDO who will take co-ownership of Sabai Protocol’s global growth.
Your mission: lead sales, partnerships, and investment strategy to make us the #1 real estate tokenization platform in Asia and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy: identify key growth vectors, analyze markets, and discover new development opportunities.
  • Attract investments to drive company growth, structure M&A deals, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Independently close deals: deliver presentations and pitches to CEOs and founders (B2B, B2C), and finalize agreements.
  • Lead and manage the Sales and BD team (currently 2 team members), ensuring achievement of KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, clients, and investors.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and interviews.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in senior roles (CBDO, CCO, CEO) within IT, fintech, crypto or investment sectors, 1+ in crypto is a must.
  • Proven track record of attracting investment and closing B2B deals totaling $1M+.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Well-developed personal network is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a strong advantage.
