Advanced level of English;
Strong knowledge of full cycle project management techniques, ability to estimate, track, and refine complex projects;
Knowledge of software development process;

Communicative, problem-solving and motivational skills;
Ability to use imagination (some of our projects were only drafts from client. You will take a charge);

Coordinate projects across teams;
Manage the entire production and delivery process basing on a brief spec documentation;
Manage several projects;
Evaluate development process and provide efficient timely feedback;
Provide day-to-day client communications, present intelligible reports.
