About the Role
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to navigate and contribute to multifaceted projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to the development, optimization, and maintenance of a system with many interconnected components.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with ActionsJS.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and MSSQL database systems.
• Experience in managing and deploying applications on Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional scripting languages.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
