Position Overview:
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for fostering and managing relationships with high-value enterprise clients, particularly in the financial sector. This role demands a deep understanding of IT services and the financial industry’s regulatory landscape, aligning solutions with clients’ strategic goals. The ideal candidate will not only ensure exceptional service delivery but also identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving growth within the existing client base.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience working with corporate clients, especially in IT services and the financial industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills would be an advantage).

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level corporate clients in the financial sector.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers ensuring alignment with clients’ strategic goals .
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, prompt: resolution of issues, and delivering consistent, high-quality service..
Financial Management and Invoicing:- Oversee the preparation, review, and dispatch of accurate invoices in line with contractual terms.
- Manage payment terms, address billing disputes, and. and handle accounts receivable.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, and profitability.
Contract Compliance and Service Quality:- Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations proactively addressing any compliance issues.
- Negotiate adjustments to contracts as needed to align with changing t client needs and business conditions.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality, continuously monitoring and improving client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Development and Upselling:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Develop personalized strategies to enhance client’s engagement while working closely , with internal teams ontailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and gather clients feedback to improve services and develop new offerings.
Project Management and Service Delivery:- Oversee the timely delivery of IT services to enterprise clients, ensuring that clients expectations are met or exceed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, acting as a primary liaison between clients and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver project on time successful project execution.
- Ensure clear communication of commercial and technical obligations to both clients and internal stakeholders
Client Analysis and Stakeholder Interaction:- Gather and analyze client data (revenue, industry, needs) to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for further development.
- Identify key stakeholders (Product Owner, CTO, CFO) and tailor communication strategies for each level.
Reporting and Performance Evaluation:- Regularly report on account performance analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement t.
- Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and client retention goals, ensuring sustainable business growth.
