Responsibilities:

• Correspondence with users via email and company’s support area.
• Using email and chat applications, provide answers to simple IT issues.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Skills must have:

• 2+ years work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
• hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• B2 — C1 level of English (writing and speaking skills).
