We are looking for a person who will be helping provide the best sales pitch and the best customer service in this field. The job includes both monotonous work and creativity. Great attention will be given to writing letters, therefore you should love writing.
— Upper-Intermediate English is a must;
— Proven business development experience in digital agency/startup/it company;
— 2+ years overall sales area experience (account, sales, retention);
— A proactive and positive business attitude;
— Creativity and flexibility is a must;
— General understanding of development process and technologies for web and mobile apps;
— Ability to resolve any stress situation/negotiation in a polite way, pressure resistance;
— Experience in communication with businesses abroad.
— Cover the sales cycle stage from the contract signature and meeting existing client;
— Handling overdue, aftersale supervising, upsale, increasing customer life cycle, alarm about the issues with the highest speed;
— Communicate with decision-makers and close the upsales (solely or in a team with Salesperson);
— Generate ideas on how to improve sales/upsales activity.
