Responsibilities

  • Growing and managing a Business Analyst team (FinTech unit).
  • Being in charge of the project as a Business Analyst
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Standardizing a BA working process
  • Providing tech Interviews to candidates for a Business Analyst position
  • Mentoring other analysts on request. Organizing knowledge sharing and training sessions for other analysts. Contribute to the corporate knowledge base
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of BA professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of BA standards and techniques;
  • Turning customer ideas into functional documentation for the development team
  • Market research and providing product core values ideas
  • Ability to create product concepts from the idea stage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and team-playing skills
  • Self-management skills;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level.

Stages of communication:

  • 1 hour general conversation with a Recruitment Partner.
  • 1,5 hour technical interview with Head of Fintech Unit Kamel Boubakri
