About team

You will work in a team with Olya Bondarenko, Delivery manager. She joined the company more than 3 years ago in the position of Project Manager, since then she has taken part in the launch of several projects, including globally recognised music publisher, Rehegoo.

We are using modern delivery lead circle methodologies, including Agile & Scrum and pro-actively foster our portfolio.

So, we are looking for you, who is open to learning and ready to develop. It’s also important for us that S-PRO specialists are guided by business goals, since we develop products not for the sake of development but with a specific goal in mind — to help the client grow with a new product.

Team size and structure

Our growing Project Management team has 25 specialists located in different Ukrainian cities.

Since the company is divided into two Units, Fintech and Saas Units, the structure makes it possible to obtain domain expertise.

So, If you want to:

  • Receive extensive experience on long term projects, with an average project duration of 1 year;
  • 1-2 projects per PM;
  • Have a fully autonomous team (Solution architects, Business analysts, Team leads, QA, DevOps, etc..) with dedicated responsibilities, you will only do what a project manager is supposed to do.
  • Attend custom created PM courses for our team by iampm.club
  • Grow your career path (Project Manager→ Delivery Manager→ Head of Unit → Delivery Director).

Then you are looking for the right company :-)

You will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring high quality while ensuring timely delivery of customer’s business requirements within the specific business initiative/project;
  • Manage the entire production and delivery process based on a brief spec documentation:
  • delivery projects on time, within budget, depend on project stages (planing, development)
  • budget control (depend on project type TM or FixedPice)
  • be responsible for successfully sprint closure and scope control
  • Resolve Сonflicts both internal to the team and with clients;
  • Provide day-to-day client communications, present intelligible reports.
  • Encourage teams to add the customer value through continuous Improvement;
  • Evaluate the risks and handle them (analyze & report/escalate problems or delays in meeting commitments to leadership);
  • Take responsibility of your actions and decision;

Now if you have:

  • 3+ years working experience as a Project manager in IT-outsourcing company;
  • Good understanding of project management areas in accordance with Agile Practice Guide;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle project management techniques, ability to estimate, track, and refine complex projects;
  • Experience in managing Fix Price and T&M projects
  • Practical experience of usage the main project management tools (JIRA);
  • Confidence while talking to developers;
  • Understanding of prioritization. “Needs to do it now/immediately/yesterday”;
  • Communicative, problem-solving and motivational skills;
  • Think out of the box mindset — sometimes, you have to solve a problem that you cannot find in PMBOK or even google does know about it.
  • Great sense of attention to details.
  • Client-orientation and knowledge on how to bring business values.

Stages of communication:

  • 1 hour general conversation with a Recruitment Partner.
  • 1,5- hour technical interview with one of the Head of Unit and Delivery Manager, Egor Romanenko, Olya Bondarenko.

  • Compensation for external training: we encourage the desire of specialists to develop by paying 50% of the cost of professional courses and conferences. And if someone successfully completes a course and receives a certificate, they may receive 100% compensation.
