Requirements:
— 2+ years experience in full cycle technical recruiting: sourcing, screening, managing pipelines, and closing candidates;
— Strong understanding of technology and technical skills;
— Ability to conduct different types of interviews (competency-based, behavioral, etc...);
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Upper intermediate English level.


Responsibilities:
— Execute Full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing to offer acceptance;
— Use various sourcing resources and tools;
— Conducting phone interviews + attend technical interviews;
— Direct communications with Hiring Managers;
— Work on Ukrainian and International markets;
— Offer negotiation.
