Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in Human Resources management (preferably in IT industry);
— Experience in effectively supporting of the HR processes (onboarding, performance review, 1-on-1 meetings);
— Experience in creation OKR/PDP;
— Flexible communication approaches for different people;
— Effective conflict resolution;
— Ability to make objective recommendations, decisions;
— Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
— Newcomer’s onboarding (including Welcome meetings) and adaptation;
— Facilitate performance review meetings;
— Participate in company’s events arrangements;
— Participate in development plans preparation and execution;
— Running regular 1:1 meetings, exit interviews, and feedback sessions.
