Requirements:
— You are a creative person who knows the IT industry and its mindset;
— Have 1+ years experience with Communications/PR/Employer Brand/SMM;
— Have a successful tracked record of community building strategies;
— Upper-Intermediate or higher English level;
— It will be a plus if you have connections with Ukrainian media.

What are your main responsibilities?

— Strengthening of brand awareness via regular releases of articles and launches of ad campaigns;
— Develop a content plan for Social Media and adjust it depending on events;
— Implement PR, employee brand and communication strategies through the creation and maintaining of communications plans, messages and assets;
— Establishing and maintaining relationships with Ukrainian and global media;
— Grow organic social media engagement by posting involving content;
— Work cross-functionally with design, content, HR and other departments;
— Generate ideas and approaches to improve the success of the activities conducted.
