RubyPlay is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help keep our sales department running smoothly. This position plays a crucial role in customer sales growth.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Following up with RubyPlay’s clients to ensure effective and timely launch
  • Closely collaborating with the legal, technical, and compliance team
  • Keep an organized file system of sales documents and CRM information
  • Creating reports to provide useful insights for the sales team
  • Have Ownership of CRM and follow through on keeping the information up to date from different stakeholders
  • Document new procedures and communicate such changes effectively cross-department
  • Initiate integration and onboarding with clients for the company in general.
  • Learn and accordingly follow through the full sales cycle operationally until going live.
  • Coordinate well with the Account management team for the after sale handover process.
  • Travel when needed for Gaming events or Client meetings.

What do we expect from our perfect candidate?

  • Previous experience in the similar or relevant role.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience in business communication with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and shift projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to multitask with several internal and external departments.
  • Experience in the iGaming B2B sales process is a benefit.
