ExpertBox is cloud-based workflow automation software that empowers experts to streamline the service delivery process in the Healthcare, Mental Therapy, Coaching, and other industries. ExpertBox helps users manage their business via advanced scheduling, simple booking, client management, secure HD video, automated payments, team management and more.

Responsibilities:

• Follow guidelines and documented process of content creation;
• Understand the target audience to create quality, resonating content;
• Conduct deep research of the chosen topics to create expert content for the blog (for the Healthcare, Mental healthcare, Life coaching, Financial advisory industries);
• Create articles, lead magnets (cheat sheets, ebooks, templates), landing pages, guest posts, emails, chatbots, ads, video scripts, and social media posts and endorse them with key stakeholders according to tech tasks (briefs);
• Communicate with a proofreader and implement adjustments suggested by them
  Manage the production of visual materials with Illustrator;
• Meet deadlines and bring tasks to completion with no compromise on quality;
• Create content strategies for ExpertBox that are aligned with business goals;
• Create content plans with tech tasks (briefs) for various content pieces;
• Perform SEO research to optimize blog content;
• Validate and approve the results of the team’s work;
• Follow and analyze the results of the applied strategy;
• Content quality control and optimization;
• Analyze the content performance;
• Make suggestions for content improvement in the form of a tech task (brief);
• Apply suggestions to the content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in philology, communications, journalism, or a related field;
• Experience in content writing and content marketing for at least 3 years;
• Experience of working in an outsourcing or product IT company for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge in the field of marketing and marketing communications (B2B);
• Experience in creating expert content for the following industries: Healthcare, Mental healthcare, Life coaching, and Financial advisory;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English with excellent grammar and spelling;
• Excellent skills of searching, processing, and analyzing information, ability to express your thoughts in an explicit manner;
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content that is engaging, educational, and persuasive;
• Experience with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) to conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and improve visibility and organic rankings;
• Experience in content strategy creation and implementation;
• Experience in the creation of tech tasks (briefs);
• Knowledge of Google Analytics to gain insights into content performance;
• Ability to interpret Google Analytics data, track key metrics, and adjust the content strategy based on the findings;
• Time management and organization skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Interest in the development of startups and modern technologies;
• Advanced communication and negotiation;
• Ability to take responsibility and quickly make decisions.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in using collaboration tools (Jira, Miro, etc.);
• Managerial skills.
