As a recruiter in the RubyGarage team you’ll be responsible for the full cycle hiring process, analyzing the results and testing different approaches. The goal is to hire high-quality candidates fast. We offer an opportunity to work with all services and tools needed and influence the recruiting strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a full cycle of recruiting processes
- Creating and implementing effective vacancy closing strategies, including automatic sourcing
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine job requirements
- Publication of vacancies on the company’s official website and other external channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, DOU, etc.)
- Writing letters for candidates and follow-ups
- Working with ATS systems (CleverStaff, etc.)
- Screening candidates’ resumes
- Validating candidates (checklists-surveys)
- Conducting presentations for candidates
- Engaging with potential candidates on professional and social networks
- Analyzing the results, monitoring of problem areas during the selection of candidates, searching for solutions for successful vacancy closing
- Managing, replenishing, and maintaining internal databases of candidates
- Providing timely and structured feedback to candidates
- Forming and sending job offers
- Working with objections
- Working with a counter-offers
- Creating of analytical reports based on the results of the recruiting process
- Participating in engagement processes during the selection of candidates;
- Broadcasting the company’s HR brand to the labor market
Requirements:
- 1.5 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT field
- Experience in closing vacancies (Middle level and above) in accordance with the company’s KPI
- Knowledge of the IT labor market in Ukraine
- Experience with basic resources and tools (Work, Rabota, HH, Djinni, DOU, LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, PhuntomBuster, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-Ray, etc.)
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to establish and conduct business communication with candidates
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Mastery of working with objections techniques
- Copywriting skills
- Time management and effective planning skills
- Experience in CRM for recruiting
- Orientation on the result
