Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with top management to craft the company’s vision, mission and culture.
  • Develop the HR Department Strategy based on the company goals.
  • Set clear objectives for developing strategic plans implementatio.
  • Track progress of goals achievement and plans implementation.
  • Validate the quality of the HR team results and work on improving the quality of the HR department’s work.
  • Collect and monitor key HR metrics (attrition rate, addition rate, LTV, retention rate, eNPS rate) and work on HR metrics improvements.
  • Design and implement HR related company policies.
  • Design and support the company’s internal communication process.
  • Design, formalize (describe), implement and up to date all HR processes.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Set up and support internal HR systems and databases.
  • Create the appropriate HR department organizational structure.
  • Manage human resources processes in the HR department (hiring, people development).
  • Support the HR team to manage people-related issues ensuring appropriate processes, quality communication, and ensure continued delivery support.
  • Plan and manage the HR team budget.
  • Create detailed reports on HR costs to analyze HR department work on economic feasibility.
  • Serve employee requests and support in any questions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Team Lead or similar rol.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (implementing and supporting).
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
  • Experience in HR KPI design and implementation.
  • Practical experience of transforming, continuously improving the effectiveness/efficiency of processes and data.
  • Experience in developing clear and fair company policies.
  • Team management experience.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM methodology, practical usage is a plus.
  • Highly organised with ability to plan, prioritise and multitask high volumes of daily service/ work requests.
  • Aptitude in communicating and public speaking.
  • The ability to influence key decision makers and to challenge when necessary.
  • Business-oriented thinking.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skill.
  • BSc/BA in business, HR, management, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA. ispreferable; additional profile education is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
