At RubyGarage, you’ll conduct market research based on generated portraits of the target audience, shape and validate their needs, implement strategic planning and based on that, shape the future product concept. Now the team needs strong product expertise, so we are looking for Product Manager for the internal product ExpertBox.

ExpertBox is an all-in-one online meeting software that allows you to share your experiences in a streamlined and secure manner. This product was released in the fall and is already gaining popularity in the US market. Thanks to its user-friendly booking process, advanced scheduling, secure billing and consistent, high-quality video conferencing. Our customers know that Expertbox has everything under control!

Responsibilities:

  • Generation and validation of product hypotheses.
  • Development and validation of the business model of the product.
  • Research of competitors, market, trends in the industry.
  • Development of ICP, value proposition, positioning of the product and delivering them to the team.
  • Development, planning, and implementation of a product development and maintenance strategy in line with the business objectives of the project.
  • Manage the product backlog.
  • Manage the process of developing product requirements and maintaining them up to date.
  • Project Budget Management.
  • Establishing the process of collecting product analytics and setting appropriate metrics, KPIs.
  • Development of the Product Market Fit strategy.
  • Development and implementation of Customer Success strategy.
  • Sprints planning, distribution of workload among the team members.
  • Planning releases of the product, controlling the schedule of production.
  • Giving support to designers and developers on the project.
  • Development, implementation and optimization of processes to improve the productivity of the team.
  • Identification and elimination of bottlenecks in the work of the team.
  • Preparation of reports for stakeholders (KPIs & ROI).
  • Installation of the collection and interpretation of product analytics.
  • Establishing and maintaining the process of taking over the finished product, its functional parts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • 1+ year in the position of SaaS product manager.
  • English level Upper-intermediate or higher.
  • Experience in all cycles of Customer Development.
  • Experience in identifying and developing requirements for the product.
  • Excellent skills of product analytics and analytical tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing and validation of product hypotheses.
  • Advanced market research skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build effective communication with different teams.
  • Advanced leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to details.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in Customer Success Process.
  • Experience in Product Life Cycle Management.
