Our business-ecosystem is composed of venture studio Pawa, venture firm Roosh Ventures, Ukrainian AI/ML community AI HOUSE, tech university SET University, R&D company Neurons Lab, and startups Reface and ZibraAI. Roosh aims to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Group Treasury who dares to go beyond average. As a Head of Group Treasury, you will play a critical role in managing financial assets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, mitigating financial risks on the group level including international IT and other businesses.

This role reports to the Group CFO. This role will require you to work closely with internal stakeholders, external banking institutions, and other financial organizations to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.

Major responsibilities:

• Group treasury including planning, processing, monitoring and analysis
• Relationships with banks and investment funds (including KYC, AML)
• Liquidity and asset management
• Development and improvement of policies and procedures
• Compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Financial modeling and investment structuring support
• Analysis and assessment of financial risks

It’s all about you:

• 7+ years of experience in international companies in finance management roles with focus on treasury, additional experience in banking sector is a plus
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial risk and liquidity management, KYC and AML
• Advanced English
• MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with ERP is desirable
• Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and managing people experience
• Proficiency in finance and treasury software and technologies
• Positive attitude with a high aptitude to learn new things
