We are Roosh, a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects. Our business-ecosystem is composed of venture studio Pawa, venture firm Roosh Ventures, Ukrainian AI/ML community AI HOUSE, tech university SET University, R&D company Neurons Lab, and startups Reface and ZibraAI. Roosh aims to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Group Controlling who dares to go beyond average. As a Head of Group Controlling, you will be responsible for budgeting, controlling and reporting processes of the group including international IT and other businesses.

This role reports to the Group CFO. This role will require you to work closely with senior management and finance departments of the businesses to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

You will:

• Group controlling and compliance
• Group budgeting, consolidation reporting and analysis / FP&A
• Development and improvement of policies and procedures
• Unified standards of budgeting and reporting
• ERP implementation support and business process optimization
• Financial modeling and investment analysis
• Working with external auditors and advisers
• Analysis and assessment of financial risks

About you:

• 7+ years of experience in Big4 plus international companies in finance management roles
• ACCA or CIMA certification
• Advanced English
• MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with ERP is desirable
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and managing people experience
• Proficiency in finance software and technologies
• Positive attitude with a high aptitude to learn new things
