Now we are looking for an outstanding CTO who dares to go beyond average and will lead our product and team. Be ready to join game changers and together we will be pushing the boundaries of technology to drive advancements in Video Analytics, ML and User Acquisition.
ML: Pytorch, DVC, MLflow, Kubflow, Computer vision (Segmentation, clarification)
Back-end: Python, fastAPI, docker, kubernetes
— Setting the overall technical direction of the company, translate it into the actionable steps for product growth
— Lead engineering team, provide technical guidance and leadership to the company
— Continuously improving our CV technology, lead the process of ideas generation to develop the product
— Select the technology stack and architecture (Python, Node.js), decompose and estimate technology tasks
— Manage IT infrastructure (tools, data providers, etc) and ensure product security.
It’s all about you:
— 5+ years in a leadership role with ML products; prior experience as Data Scientist/ML Engineer
— Experience leading tech solutions in start-up, R&D mindset with the hands-on attitude
— Ability to thrive in start-up environment with moving targets
— Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
— Business acumen and strategic thinking with a focus on profitability
— Advanced English is a must.
