GATHERS is an AI learning community where leading experts run live, cohort-based courses and research papers clubs for AI/ML professionals both in Ukraine and worldwide. GATHERS is a part of the business ecosystem of Roosh — a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects, aiming to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Senior Marketing Manager, who will join a team of 11 game changers led by Bogdan Ponomar. If you are a lifelong learner, passionate about knowledge exchange, and dare to go beyond average — welcome to the team.

You will:

• Develop B2B & B2C marketing strategies to launch and promote new products and expand the Gathers brand in the EU
• Turn marketing strategy into an action roadmap and lead its execution using effective and non-standard solutions for brand awareness, digital performance campaigns, offline and PR activities
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product departments and adjust the strategic solutions accordingly
• Search and select contractors and freelancers for media planning, email marketing, design, content and promo materials production, SMM management, and offline marketing activities.

It’s all about you:

• 5+ years of experience as a brand or marketing manager in a multination B2B tech company or start-up series A
• Proven cases of new product launches in the EU/UK market and inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
• Great people management skills in a high paced-environment — you can easily manage the team’s expectations, work in a cross-functional team, select and lead contractors
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• A self-directed, creative, and curious nature. You can wear many different hats and you consistently execute goals
• Thinking outside the box. We expect constant idea generation, experimentation, and development of novel formats and activities to engage with the community
• Advanced English.
