AI HOUSE is the AI community in Ukraine that brings together talents, experts, and investors and provides quality education in artificial intelligence and machine learning. AI HOUSE is a part of business-ecosystem of Roosh — a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects, aiming to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for an exceptional at managing and leading self-starter for our non-profit organization to join a team of 6 game changers led by Bogdan Ponomar and to become Chief Executive Officer of AI HOUSE.

You will:

  • Be a wing-man/woman to the whole AI community in Ukraine
  • Setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
  • Oversee and exceed AI market expectations in Ukraine by delivering needed initiatives
  • Build and develop relationships with all stakeholders (inbound and outbound)
  • Be responsible for growing and developing a vibrant AI community in Ukraine
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

It’s all about you:

  • Proven experience as CEO, COO or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, followed by demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Solid aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Great communication skills, besides super high diplomacy and a good vibe
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience in fundraising will be a huge plus.
