AI HOUSE CLUB is a part of the business ecosystem of Roosh — a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects, aiming to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

AI HOUSE CLUB is looking for the first product management hire responsible for designing and executing our product strategy and sitting at the intersection of engineering, design, and the commercial parts of AI HOUSE CLUB.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Manager who dares to go beyond average. You will join a team of 4 game-changers led by Bogdan Ponomar.

You’ll work hand in hand with the founders to create a world-class product experience that drives user acquisition and retention:

  • create, develop and lead our product strategy, roadmap, and execution framework for upskilling through a live learning
  • build an incredible learner experience that maximizes live attendance rates and delivers applicable learnings to businesses around the world (cohort-based courses and research papers club)
  • create and develop a subscription-based model
  • design frameworks and features that measure and communicate economic ROI to our enterprise clients
  • play a transformational role in creating the world’s first AI learning community that upskills workforces (from start-ups to enterprises)

It’s all about you:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • move fast and think long-term
  • strong analytical skills
  • pay attention to details
  • not afraid to pivot quickly for new solutions
  • fluent in English
  • experience in building products from zero to one (as we are all about -discovery as opposed to micro-optimization of the existing metrics).

— intro call with your future Manager: we’ll discuss the role and the project in detail,

— test task: we want to see how you think, bring ideas, and work with info. Then we’ll give you feedback,

— culture fit interview: a final call with the team to make sure our culture and values click,

— reference check: during the process, we’ll contact your previous workplaces to hear something even more exciting about you.
