We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our core team to work on an innovative online education platform.

Our projects are very diverse, but they share the same purpose and focus: to create an online learning community.

We need team members who are excited by autonomy and willing to work on projects outside the scope of their job description if needed. Regardless of the role, we also look for candidates passionate about education.

What you will do:

• marketing campaigns: implement the lifecycle of marketing campaigns and develop marketing strategies; search and collection (parsing) of the target audience, segmentation; setting up targeted advertising;
• content producing: create and manage a content plan
• analytics: optimize and scale an advertising campaign, conduct experiments and a/b tests; create reports; analyze the offer, competitors and product advantages;
• email marketing: creating email marketing tools for our customers;
• platform management: creating landing pages and updating the platform website as needed.

You have:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a digital marketing specialist in an IT company/digital agency;
• proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; advertising on Facebook and Instagram;
• technical and practical knowledge of SEO;
• experience in marketing automation;
• experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
• strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
• up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
• design thinking and empathy are your strong skills;
• fluent in English;
• excellent communication skills;
• interest in AI/ML industry.
