Senior System Administrator (вакансія неактивна)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional work experience;
• 3-5 years of experience as Senior System Administrator or a similar role;
• Experience working with macOS, and Windows, including provisioning, updating, and managing the devices remotely;
• Experience working with (AD, Microsoft Exchange, IP — telephony, and anti-virus backup systems);
• Understanding the basic principles of construction and operation of TCP / IP networks;
• Knowledge of information security and systems to maintain it;
• Microsoft Office Google Workspace cloud services or similar SaaS administration experience;
• The ability to enthusiastically take on new projects and see them through to completion
• Desire to learn new technologies;
• Strong and proven troubleshooting and debugging skills;
• Great communication skills and ability to find a common language with many people.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT audit and configure, maintain and troubleshoot our corporate network;
• Monitor system performance, security, efficiency, and troubleshoot issues;
• Support for our employees across the platforms and operating systems;
• Perform employee technical onboarding/offboarding; setup up accounts in various IT systems, prepare and enroll computers, etc
• Create and update training materials and train new hires on IT-related topics
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures
• Work with various vendors and IT suppliers
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide reporting and maintain budgeting.
