GATHERS is an AI learning community where leading experts run live, cohort-based courses and research papers club for AI/ML professionals in Ukraine and worldwide. GATHERS is a part of business-ecosystem of Roosh — a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects, aiming to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Manager, who will join a team of 8 game changers led by Bogdan Ponomar. If you are a lifelong learner, passionate about knowledge exchange and dare to go beyond average — welcome to the team.

You will:

• Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, etc.
• Book and handle initial calls, build strong relationships with prospects for further collaborations
• Filling notes and activities in CRM on active deals
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s goals,
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization,
• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership,
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners,
• Collaboration with professionals to plan seminars, training programs for students, and collaborative projects for educational purposes.

It’s all about you:

• Working experience in Business Development roles for 3+ years, with enterprise clients in EMEA region
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, followed by fluent English, super high diplomacy and tone of voice,
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions,
• Strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology and business strategy,
• Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization,
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to details,
• Deep knowledge and awareness of AI/ML trends, products, and research will be a plus,
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to present and manage a wide variety of relationships,
• Passionate about technology and relationships.
