Have 5+ years of Sales, Account Management, Senior PM or Producer experience preferably in game industry;
Fluent English (additional language skills are a major advantage);
Be a strong communicator;
Have highly goal-oriented set of mind;

Be stress resistant and flexible;

Обов’язки

Establish, maintain and develop relations with clients’ key decision makers via regular communications;
Constantly increase the pool of contacts within the clients’ organization;
Make sure the client receives the services and communication of utmost quality and professionalism;
Advocate the clients’ interests while maintaining the company’s best interests;
Collect clients’ feedback to monitor satisfaction level and seek out for additional ways to improve it;
To create, maintain and deliver account plan that reflects the company’s sales forecasts;
To generate and to pitch internally new ideas for improved client experience and new ways to improve the company’s reputation as one of the industry’s leader;
Establish and effective communication channel that would allow for discovery of clients’ new projects to be used as a base for additional sales opportunities;
Regularly pitch to clients company’s products and services as well as inform them about the company’s achievements that may bring additional sales leads;
Maintain and improve information on clients’ accounts within the company’s CRM system;
Closely communicate with colleagues from other company’s branches involved;
Set realistic goals and deadlines and professionally manage internal relations with colleagues.
