3+ years of experience in similar position as HRD or HR Lead;
Working experience in companies with 100+ employees will be a strong advantage;
Knowledge of employment-related legislation;
Experience in leading complex processes with the variety of details;
Ability to ensure the integrity of HR systems, guidelines and documents;
Organisational and management skills;
Well-developed interpersonal and compelling communication skills;
Ability to influence and communicate confidently and clearly with high stakeholders both verbally and in writing;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
