We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to assist our team in resolving daily administrative issues; contribute to internal communication of the team with other organizational units; help Financial analyst in the analytics and budget preparation; support other processes as Direct manager.
Superpowers you have are
- 1 year+ experience on similar position (management position — main point — the candidate should have experience of working with people or team as a direct manager);
- Ability to work with formulas and reporting, documents (Word, Google Docs), spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets);
- Great analytical skills;
- Knowledge of time-tracking and CRM systems work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine etc);
- Be result-oriented and ready for long-term cooperation;
- Level of English proficiency: upper-intermediate (both speaking and writing);
- Higher education;
- Experience in GameDev industry will be definitely a plus.

- Hiring the talents according to the Hiring Plan, control and analysis of the recruitment process to fill in team positions.
- Providing onboarding, training and support to new specialists.
- Following the current processes and integration of a new internal processes of the company.
- Development and control of team specialist’s PDP (Personal Development Plan) and coordination of learning materials / programs creation.
- Monitoring individual performance (sync and assessment).
- Conducts termination process.
- Checking of the estimation breakdown and assessment of the risk hours included to an estimation.
- Plan team’s resources based on current team members’ workloads, skills and development targets of the specialists and timely update the internal art capacity document according to Art Team Capacity Planning.
- Participation in kick-off, retrospective and post mortem meetings to analyze and improve team performance.
- Analyze team performance and prepare reports according to the Division Performance Review Process.
- Provide proactive recommendation to develop new process based on the gap in the current structure.
- Tight work with the Sub-Division Director on the new team coordination processes within the art discipline.
