We are looking for a talented Change Manager to assist our Process Center in working on projects to improve the internal processes of the company.

Superpowers you have are:

• 5+ years of experience withBA/PM or relevant IT Project Management experience;
• Experience with medium and large scale organisational change efforts;
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle;
• Experience in working in large cross-functional projects;
• Understanding business functional areas (HR, Order to Cash, Procurement);
• Upper Intermediate level of English;
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• Professional Certification — PMP, CAPM.

• Manage the process of improving internal processes in the company;
• Ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and within the budget;
• Focus on the changes to business processes, digital transformation, and post-merger integration activities;
• Lead change management projects, including the researching, assessment from start to finish, and execution;
• Conduct training sessions for various audiences (production teams, corporate functions);
• Implement change management initiatives to meet strategic business goals.
