Room 8 Studio is looking for an Assistant to Project Management Office (PMO), that would help PMO Director and PMO team with their daily tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide general support to PMO Director in performing daily responsibilities and PMO development
- Assist PMO team members in solving administrative issues
- Prepare analytics and reports on PMO performance
- Schedule team meetings, write protocols
- Assist in team-buildings/training events organisation, budgeting
- Control team time tracking on a daily basis
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by PMO Director
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ month experience on similar position (team assistant / personal assistant / support manager)
- Ability to work with formulas and reporting, documents (Word, Google Docs), spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Great analytical skills
- Knowledge of time-tracking and CRM systems work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine etc)
- Be result-oriented and ready for long-term cooperation
- Intermediate level of English (or higher)
