Responsibilities:

  • Assistance for successful implementation of projects (2D, 3D, UI / UX, Animation, Video Production);
  • Tasks coordination in Jira and other task management systems;
  • Preparation of the protocols in Englishafter communication with partners;
  • Coordination of the financial and legal part of the project on behalf of Art Project Manager;
  • Record of the project team’s time tracking by tasks;
  • Preparation of commercial / creative proposals and project activity planning schedules for partners;
  • Performing other profile assignments of Art Project Manager.

    • Requirements:

  • Ability to work with formulas, documents, tables and project reports (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) at the confident level user;
  • Fast learner;
  • Upper-intermediate English level and above (written and spoken);
  • Orientation to the result and long-term cooperation;
  • Attention to detail.

    • Will be a plus:

  • Teamwork experience;
  • Good knowledge of the CRM-systems work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine);
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop / 3ds Max / Maya / After Effect etc.
  • Passion for games and cinematography.
