Requirements:

At least 2 years relevant experience including knowledge of all types of in-house legal work;

Experienced user: Microsoft Office, Liga;

Ability to make independent decisions and adapt quickly;

Be result-oriented, attentive to details and stress tolerance;

Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate).

Responsibilities:

Legal reviewing, revising, and expertise Agreements of various types, exhibits, and related documents (including but not limited to transferring of intellectual properties rights, confidentiality, etc.);

Full legal assistance with everyday business activities and special activities/initiatives. Legal support during negotiations with partners;

Monitoring for the availability of all necessary documents for the currency control on the received payments;

Internal documents preparation and their approval with the manager;

Consulting for current legal issues;

Regular monitoring of changes in the current legislation (including risks description and suggestions providing for their mitigation);

Carrying out assignments from the legal manager.
