2+ years of experience in a position as Sales Operations Manager, Business Process Analyst or similar role in sales operations as a subject-matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards;
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Experience of working under high-pressure environment and on time-critical projects;
Good command of English (verbal and written);
Methodical and good attention to detail.

Analyzing current, potential, and lost business opportunities;
Development of proposals for optimization of sales operations process;
Development, process documentation, and presentation of new processes for Business Development and Management teams;
Participation in the implementation and compliance of sales processes and procedures;
Preparing sales forecasting, planning, and team target setting by requesting, collecting, and organizing the data from the Sales team and approval and supervision by the Sales Operation Director;
Analyzing and monitoring the performance of the Sales team KPIs to assist the leadership team in developing plans that will lead to the achievement of revenue goals;
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed;
Analyzing and alerting current department trends;
Liaison with other departments to arrive at detailed scoping of business requirements.
Problem-solving of issues encountered on a day to day basis.
